Many of us felt sleepy and fatigue during our class hours. We are the students we all are used to sit and listen to the classes for hours and hours. Many times, we felt sleepy even though the class the important for us. It was so frustrating to feel sleepy during our class hours. We always take a small nap and listen to the class again. It not only effects your understanding the concept, but also brings you the difficulty in your exam.it also hard for you while preparing for the exam.
So, have you ever pondered about it??? I did! Because Iam also victim of this problem. Here are some things that I found:
1.Poor sleep habits:
If you’re not getting enough sleep at night, you’re bound to feel sleepy during the day. That’s why it’s so important to develop good sleep habits! Make sure that you’re getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night and avoid working or using electronic devices in bed so that your brain can relax and prepare for sleep.
2. Information overload:
Lectures typically contain large quantities of new information that your brain is trying to process. This can make listening to the lecturer very mentally taxing, which can lead to feelings of fatigue. If the subject matter of the lecture is difficult, or the pace is too fast, this situation can be made worse.
