Hello guys! how are you all?? hope all of u are doing great. and this is Ramu. Today Iam here to tell u about the most important thing for every humanbeing that is "MINDFULNESS". Doesn't feel like a new term?? it's okay I will explain. mindfulness is nothing but as name suggests that using the mindfully to live completely, I mean living your life completely and feeling your every senses consciously. but wait I know what you're thinking about!!!!. why your are telling all this stuff to us?? Guys! as I mentioned earlier mindfulness is essential for every human beings.it helps us to lead a healthy and happy life. As a humanbeing you should be mindful in your everyday-day activities. mindful living will lead you to a happy and satisfying life. Living without living is the mindless living only.. which leads us to lack of fulfillment in our lives. but living mindfully is not a cakewalk.it need some practice. here are some best practices that make you mindful all the time.
