Healthily Addictions!!! Sounds very strange right. All the addictions we know are usually unhealthy right? then what is the essence in saying healthy addictions?? Yeah! I agree with you, an addiction should always always an unhealthy thing we should avoid it, there is no doubt in it. Addictions are the actions that we are used to and not able to control. Quitting all our addictions at a time is nearly impossible one, but we can do it by some practice. Instead of Quitting, shifting is very easy. That is what Iam saying it's better to shift our addictions rather than quitting. I know what you are thinking 🤔 🤔 how does it solves our Problem??? Right......here the term "healthy addictions" comes in.

healthy addictions are nothing but, addictions that are better than usual addictions as well as healthily to us. What Iam saying here are not only healthy Ones, but you can also define it from yourself, by understanding what is healthy and helpful for you. Most habits that many of the people prefer is Reading, Journaling, Playing, Exercised...etc. These Healthy addictions not only save you from harmful addictions and also brings you to the normal life. And liberates you from the slavery of these addictions. There are many things in this world guys. Explore it.
SOME OF THE REPLACEABLE ADDICTIONS:
phone usage------> read some books, blogs.
Smoking ---------> Observe the nature like sunrise, sunset,
blueish sky
Pornography ------> Immerse yourself in feelgood songs and movies and romantic poems.
Alcohol Addictions > Try healthy drinks like green tea, jasmine tea and coffee etc.
Drugs---------------> practice meditation every day and practice dopamine detox
Video games-----------> Replace your games from indoor to outdoor.
Gambling ------------>find some other ways to earn quick money rather gambling like learning a high value skill, freelancing etc.
So, every problem has a solution, similarly every addiction has an antidote.so, don't surrender yourself to any addictions and don't live like a slave to any addiction.
